Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge or be non-refundable.

2. Product Returns

• Applicable only for physical items like supplements, test kits, etc.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened medical products

• Personal hygiene and fertility-related items

• Digital/downloadable content

• Completed consultation services

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days.

• Online payment refunds are credited to the original payment method.
